Heba Mohamed is a First-Year student at Harvard College where she is interested in studying Linguistics, Psychology, and/or Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations. Although she has yet to declare a concentration, she’s considering a career in law. Heba is originally from Alexandria, Egypt; she resided in Saudi Arabia for eight years before moving to the United States in 2015.
At Harvard, Heba serves as the First-Year Representative to the Society of Arab Students. Along with five other debaters, she represented Harvard University at the first U.S. Universities Arabic Debate Championship organized by QatarDebate in 2019. She enjoys being part of cultural, religious, and political groups on campus. In her free time, Heba likes to read, play tennis, and watch Marvel movies!
