Hamda Alsuwaidi holds a Master of Medical Sciences in Global Health Delivery from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Sharjah in the UAE. She was a fellow with the Harvard Medical School Center for Global Health Delivery- Dubai and a health services professional working as a senior clinical quality officer with Dubai Health Authority. Hamda thesis work focused on the reintegration into society of patients with history of drug abuse in the UAE. Her research experience is in global health, mental health and substance abuse. Alsuwaidi’s professional imperative lies in playing a vital role in serving patients and the community by improving the quality and safety of diagnostic medicine. Alsuwaidi is a recipient of numerous fellowship award; namely, the Al-Jalila Foundation Global Health Scholarship Award and the Harvard Graduate Research Award.
