Hassan Morshedy is a pioneer who was not afraid to take a chance when he assumed the helm of his family business, the real estate giant Memaar Al Morshedy. In 2010 Morshedy became the CEO of Memaar Al Morshedy and made his mark by breaking new ground for the company and modernising its business approach. He soon established his reputation as an innovative leader, taking the company in a completely new and innovative direction.
Morshedy’s latest venture is the ground-breaking Skyline project in New Cairo on which he collaborated with a slew of international developers and architects such as Mohamed Hadid, Raef Fahmi and Van Der Pas. The project is designed to be the largest residential building in the world, covering a total area of about 200,000 sq.m. building will include all the amenities a family could need.
