CEO, Health Holding Company Project
Currently Dr. Mohammed Al Saghier, is the Chief executive Officer of the Health Holding Company Project in Saudi Arabia.  Dr. Al Saghier had previously served as the Assistant Deputy Minister for Transformation, and led the Corporatization Projects in Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Health. He has been the National Director of Model of Care transformation Program, since Jan 2016.
From Aug 2014 to Dec 2014, he was the Champion for Clinical excellence and Care delivery project at the MOH. In 2011, he was the Associate Executive Director for Core Services up to 2014.
In 2009, he became the Director for National & International Collaboration office. In 2008, he successfully established the Multi Organ Transplant Center at KFSH Dammam.
Dr. Al Saghier had started Hepatobiliary Oncology surgery program at King Fahd Medical City between 2005 until 2008.
He worked as a Transplant Consultant and general surgeon and the Director of the outreach program at the outreach program between 2003 and 2008.
Dr. Mohammed Al Saghier graduated from King Saud University, Medical school in 1992 and started a
residency at the National Guard before completed his residency at the University of Manitoba general surgery. He was certified by the Canadian Board and American Board in 2000. He finished his fellowship in Hepatobiliary Oncology and transplant from the University of Alberta. In 2003 he started pancreas transplant program at KFSHRC.
He is an active member of the Saudi Career Development Program and many other committees in the community.
