Reverend Dr. Conrad Fischer, MD is Professor of Medicine at Touro College of Medicine in New York City. He is Program Director in Internal Medicine and Vice Chair of Medicine at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn. He has 25 years’ experience testing USMLE steps 1, 2, 3 and Internal Medicine Boards. Dr. Fischer is the author of the best-selling textbooks for Step 2 and 3 of USMLE, Master the Boards. In 2018 he produced the play “Lost and Guided” in New York an original play based on interviews and real life stories of Syrian Refugees in the United States. He has just produced the short dramatic film “Aleppo” which sheds light on the realities of medical workers struggling to support those wounded in the ongoing violence in Syria.

 

Match 2020
Match 2020; the way to a successful match with Conrad Fischer, MD.The purpose of this workshop is to prepare International Medical Graduates for residency in the United States. Through a conversation with Dr. Fischer, we will help the attendees to build a strong and competitive application for a successful match in 2020. This workshop will answer the key questions related to residency applications: pre-match season, the application process, the interviews, and the ranking list.

The workshop will be moderated by Ihsan Kaadan MD, a PGY1 internal medicine resident at Boston Medical Center.
